DO YOU DECORATE FOR BIRTHDAYS OR OTHER CELEBRATIONS?
Yes! Any custom package can be themed to a birthday celebration! We will swap out the “BRIDE” Balloons, for birthday numbers, and spice up your birthday.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
You should secure your booking as soon as possible! Typically 3-10 months out from your arrival, however, we are flexible, if you have a last minute booking and are unable to book through our website, please contact us for our availability!
DO WE HAVE TO BE PRESENT DURING SETUP AND CLEAN-UP?
You do not need to be present during setup or breakdown. Prior to your arrival, we just request you provide the Airbnb/Hotel address and entry code to let our decorating team in! When we leave, we will lock up.
HOW LONG DOES SETUP TAKE?
Setup usually takes between 60 to 90 minutes for most packages, however, if you are booking additional services, such as Fridge Stock, Pong tables, additional accessories, etc., the set-up time may run a bit longer.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE THE AIRBNB ADDRESS YET?
If you don't have the Airbnb address but still want to book, just send in your booking request and write "TBD" in the address spot. Also, if possible, please provide us with a link to your Airbnb listing in the comment section. This way, we can get an idea of where your place is and make sure it's in our service area.
CAN SETUP BE COMPLETED BEFORE WE ARRIVE?
Of course! We love a good surprise, so if you would like us to set-up prior to your group’s arrival, we can arrive at your check-in time, or you can check with your Airbnb host if they offer early check-in! When booking, you can write in the comment box if you are anticipating an early check-in time (many times hosts will not provide this information until the week of your event!) If you are arriving early in the morning, you may want to inquire about booking the Airbnb for the night before your arrival! If you would like to take the group out for breakfast, shopping, or happy hour, we can always take that into account, as well.
